Your primary responsibilities will include: * Ideating and delivering digital-first experiences that seamlessly integrate into an omni-channel ecosystem, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer journey. * Collaborating with product managers, customer care, IT, finance, and marketing teams to translate customer needs into initiatives that promote customer success and business efficiency. * Defining opportunities and measures of success for identified concepts and partnering with technology teams to develop them, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. * Prioritizing and constructing business cases that secure funding, ensuring that projects are aligned with business objectives and customer needs. * Managing product roadmaps by optimizing customer and business value, ensuring that products meet customer expectations and drive business results. * Defining solutions and features via Epic and Capability level user stories to clearly articulate expectations to delivery teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively. * Developing strategies and quantifying the competitive performance of the organization's operations and/or markets, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions. * Evaluating the potential impact of changes and reporting out forecasts that affect the industry, ensuring that blithequark remains at the forefront of industry trends and innovations. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **MBA or equivalent experience**: A strong foundation in business administration, with a focus on digital product management and customer experience. * **Experience in digital product management**: A proven track record of delivering digital products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. * **Proficient in translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products**: The ability to take complex business concepts and translate them into engaging and user-friendly digital experiences. * **Ability to prepare and present business cases for new products/services**: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. * **Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and persuade others**: The ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve business objectives. * **Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. * **Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, competitive analysis, and predictive modeling**: A strong understanding of financial analysis, competitive analysis, and predictive modeling, with the ability to apply these skills to inform business decisions. * **Track record of working cross-functionally to deliver large-scale initiatives**: A proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects and initiatives. * **Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and web technologies**: A strong understanding of software development and web technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform product development. **Requirements** To excel in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: * **Demonstrated experience with full product life cycle management**: A proven ability to manage products from concept to launch, ensuring that products meet customer needs and drive business growth. * **Working knowledge of customer journey mapping techniques**: A strong understanding of customer journey mapping techniques, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform product development. * **Proficient in Google Analytics, Jira Align, Scaled Agile Framework, PowerBI, Quantum Metric**: A strong understanding of these tools and technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform business decisions. * **Working knowledge of voice of the customer (VoC) survey applications (Qualtrics, Medallia, etc.)**: A strong understanding of VoC survey applications, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform product development. * **Proficient in building executive-level presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint**: The ability to create engaging and informative presentations that meet the needs of executive stakeholders. **Benefits** As a summer intern at blithequark, you will enjoy the following benefits: * **10-week remote internship**: The flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States, with a 10-week internship that runs from June 1, 2026 – August 7, 2026, or June 15, 2026 – August 21, 2026. * **Competitive hourly rate**: A competitive hourly rate of $20 - $28 per hour, depending on education level (Undergrad $20 per hour;
