Key Responsibilities Develops and executes strategic plans for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Leads teams assigned to projects, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure successful project outcomes. Designs, creates, and implements strategies, processes, and frameworks to integrate and analyze diverse data sets, including structured and unstructured data. Serves as subject matter expert and may act as point of acceleration, becoming actively involved as needed to meet deadlines and resolve complex issues. Proactively identifies and resolves issues, including timely resolution and identification of remediation opportunities. Develops software programs, algorithms, dashboards, data tools, and queries to clean, model, integrate, and evaluate datasets. Stay up-to-date with new scientific techniques and technologies, applying them to drive business solutions and innovation. Collaborates with functional specialty units to drive business solutions and direction. Establishes credibility with partners while managing expectations, ensuring regular, consistent, and effective communication with stakeholders. May develop and manage budgets for assigned regions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals. Fosters a culture of innovation, encouraging the development and application of best practices and new ideas. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline. At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in a work environment. At least 2 years of direct management, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team leadership experience. Profound knowledge of SQL and experience with analytical and statistical programming languages like Python, R, Hadoop, SAS, SPSS, and others. Experience establishing and maintaining key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop strategies that meet business objectives. Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state). Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a quantitative, computational, or technical discipline. Experience communicating at the executive level. Experience driving cross-functional teams.
