Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our end-users, ensuring seamless operation of their workstations and peripherals. You'll be the go-to expert for troubleshooting, resolving tickets, and implementing software and hardware upgrades. **Key Responsibilities** * Resolve and close tickets/work orders supporting end-user workstations and peripherals * Answer client care issues raised from the Helpdesk * Contribute to desktop projects (global installs/renovations) as a project team member * Remotely diagnose and resolve issues using remote tools * Investigate and collaborate with other departments to address system-related issues * Record client interactions in incident management software, including resource management * Recover data from hard drives or perform data migration * Maintain remote access for virtual private network (VPN) availability and remote/broadband connectivity for workstations * Install and configure local and network-based printers * Perform preventive maintenance * Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be prepared to travel as required * Follow management direction, adhering to IT strategy and procedures * Perform other duties as assigned * Venture, as required **All You'll Need for Success** * Minimum Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional training + Associate's degree in Computer Science, Data Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience/preparation * 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues * First-hand experience supporting workstations in a Windows/TCPIP environment * Preferred Qualifications: + A+ certification + MCSE/MCP certification + Past IT foundation experience in an Aircraft/Airport environment * Skills, Licenses, and Certificates: + General knowledge of all Windows-based operating systems, including Windows 10 + Familiarity with workflow and tagging systems + Knowledge of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues + Ability to work independently and act in a collaborative, team-based environment + Ability to lift at least 50 pounds **What You'll Get** Join the blithequark family and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Medical, dental, prescription, and vision benefits from day one * Virtual doctor visits, flexible spending accounts, and more * 401(k) program with employer contributions available after one year * Additional benefits, including our Employee Assistance Program, pet insurance, and discounts on hotels, vehicles, travel, and more **Be Yourself at blithequark** At blithequark, we're committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
