As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive data-driven insights and business transformation. **Join the arenaflex Crew and Lead the Way** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, comprising 40+ studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform and innovate this methodology, driving business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the Survey and Dashboard Platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. * Work closely with product and process owners, subject matter experts from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in Technology to deliver innovative solutions. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage this knowledge to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. * Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. * Utilize big data and batch/real-time analytical tools, such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, to deliver high-quality and accurate insights through intensive testing at various use case levels. * Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Develop and implement consumer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and automation tools. * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve productivity and efficiency. * Collaborate with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. **Essential Qualifications:** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development, launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years. * Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop innovative solutions. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' well-being and offer a range of benefits to support their physical, financial, and intellectual health throughout their career journey.
