As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying trends and patterns, and providing actionable insights to our leadership team. Your expertise in data analysis, business intelligence, and paid media optimization will help us drive business growth and improve our advertising efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and provide actionable insights to our leadership team * Develop and maintain complex data models, including data warehouses and data marts * Design and implement data visualizations and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to identify business opportunities and optimize paid media spend * Develop and maintain SQL queries, data pipelines, and data processing scripts to extract insights from large datasets * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis, business intelligence, and paid media optimization * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders and product managers **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field * Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or similar * Experience with data warehousing and data mart design * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders * Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar * Strong understanding of paid media optimization concepts, including ad targeting, ad creative, and ad budgeting **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field * 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related field * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques, including predictive modeling and natural language processing * Familiarity with programming languages, including Python, R, or similar * Experience with data science tools, including Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar * Strong understanding of cloud-based data platforms, including Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar **Work Environment and Culture** At arenaflex, we value our employees and provide a dynamic work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
