Job Summary We're looking for a bilingual (fluent in Spanish) Customer Engagement Representative to join our Roadrunner Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of powersports loans. Key Responsibilities Handle an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and support. Process phone payments and resolve common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan. Conduct outbound customer interview calls to gather information and provide solutions. Communicate and resolve customer issues via online chat channels, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills. Meet monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence. Comply with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities, maintaining a strong understanding of regulatory requirements. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required, with some college coursework a plus. Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Ability to master the use of our web-based system of record (LoanPro), with training provided. Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with excellent "people" skills and a customer service attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, with fluent Spanish language skills highly desirable. Preferred Qualifications: Collection experience a plus, with a strong understanding of collections and servicing activities. Experience working in a hybrid or remote work environment, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
