Your key responsibilities will include: * Setting up mini-chatbots for Facebook Messenger and Instagram DMs using platforms like ManyChat, Chatfuel, or similar tools * Creating chat flows that guide users through our offers, including: + Free webinar registrations + Filter questions for mentoring programs + Follow-up automation + DM keyword replies (e.g. “LOVE”, “RETREAT”, “PROGRAM”) * Developing a friendly, feminine tone of voice that resonates with our target audience * Collaborating with our team to ensure chatbot flows align with our brand's messaging and goals * Analyzing chatbot performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize flows and improve results **Ideal Candidate** We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced chatbot specialist who can bring their expertise to our team.
