About the Role: Finance Systems Analyst We're seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join our Corporate Applications Group in our IT organization. As a trusted partner to the Finance team, you will play a critical role in implementing systems and process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $330 per day. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and evaluate finance business systems and client needs to identify areas for improvement. Develop and document business requirements, functional specifications, and goals for business system initiatives. Collaborate with the Finance team to understand business needs and solutions that align with overall business strategies. Perform complex project management, business analysis, planning, and technical tasks. Serve as a technical subject matter expert for all system activities related to enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and integration projects. Identify and investigate functional issues and system gaps for enterprise systems and processes. Document current and future processes, and summarize technical plans and changes to a non-technical audience. Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience with ERP finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Costing, and Financial planning. Proficiency with SaaS applications, such as Coupa, BREX, or Zip. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across remote teams and stakeholders. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira or Asana. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with ERP systems, such as NetSuite or Oracle. Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit requirements. Familiarity with financial planning tools, such as Anaplan or Adaptive Insights. Experience with process mapping and documentation.
