Job Overview shopDisney APAC is seeking an accomplished Digital Data Analyst to support the Online Business Development Director in all aspects of data analysis, including aggregating data from digital sources, preparing reports, conducting analyses, and building dashboards and visualizations. The primary objective of this role is to transform data into actionable, objective-oriented reports that inform business decisions and drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various digital channels, such as websites, social media, email marketing, and advertising platforms to create meaningful insights that improve customer engagement and conversion growth Manage all data, including marketing data, customer data, website data, product, and logistics data, while maintaining data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and opportunities to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that optimize business performance and inform business decisions Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that enable teams to visualize data insights and monitor performance Create and maintain documentation that outlines data collection, analysis, and reporting processes Perform ad-hoc analyses as requested by stakeholders and proactively identify opportunities for improvement Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executives, marketing teams, and external partners Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics 2-4 years of experience in a similar role or related field Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets, identify patterns and trends, and create insights Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and experience working with databases Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, or other data representation tools Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Collaborative team player and partner Ability to collaborate effectively in a matrix and global organization Able to work across a range of stakeholders to support their digital initiatives, providing data and insights on audiences, measurement, and performance Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role or related field Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and metrics Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques Knowledge of programming languages like Python, R, or Java Experience with cloud-based data platforms like AWS or Google Cloud Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Disney, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
