As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing data entry tasks, creating high-quality Amazon listings, and contributing to our dynamic and fast-paced work environment. This role offers the flexibility of working from home after the initial training period, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still being part of a collaborative and supportive team. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Collect and enter data for assigned projects with accuracy and efficiency. * Create high-quality Amazon listings that meet our brand standards and exceed customer expectations. * Share responsibilities for maintaining Amazon account health with the team, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing errors. * Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives. * Oversee and review the work of remote team members, providing guidance and support as needed. * Manage Brand Registry Listings in the Brand Partnership Program, ensuring compliance and accuracy. * Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. **Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities** To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets and formulas. * Understanding of Amazon Listings and Seller Central, including knowledge of policies and procedures. * Ability to navigate manufacturer websites and brand data files, extracting relevant information with ease. * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision. * Self-motivation and a disciplined work ethic, with the ability to work independently most of the time. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. * Reliable attendance and work history, with a commitment to maintaining a healthy work-life balance. * Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. * Knowledge of aftermarket automotive parts is a plus, but not required. **Education & Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
