About the Role We're seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our automation initiatives, leveraging technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Business Process Management (BPM) to enhance our operations. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Prioritization: Collect and document requirements for process automation solutions, manage intake, and prioritize projects based on business needs and ROI potential. Solution Oversight: Review potential automation solutions, provide recommendations, and manage the entire project lifecycle, including UAT coordination and user story creation. End-User Engagement: Design and deliver end-user training, ensuring successful adoption of automated processes, while consistently measuring and analyzing the impact of automation initiatives. Project Management: Oversee large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery, while managing scope, risk, quality, coordination, procurement, HR, and communications. Team Building and Mentoring: Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Proven experience in project management, including all aspects of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, coordination, procurement, HR, and communications. A strong track record of managing large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects, with a focus on process automation and business process optimization. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making. Experience with RPA and BPM technologies, as well as business process improvement methodologies.
