Our Media and Entertainment division is responsible for the development, acquisition, and distribution of various types of media content and platforms, including Disney+, Hulu, ABC News, ESPN, and ESPN+. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be working closely with our Media and Entertainment team to provide exceptional customer service to our customers. **About the Role** As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with a positive experience. You will work closely with our internal teams, including our Media and Entertainment division, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide timely and effective support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat * Resolve customer issues and answer their questions in a professional and courteous manner * Work closely with internal teams, including our Media and Entertainment division, to ensure that customers receive the best possible service * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide a positive experience * Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide accurate and informative responses to customers * Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) * Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in customer service and arenaflex products and services **Essential Qualifications** * At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the entertainment industry * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers and colleagues in a fast-paced environment * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues * Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, with a willingness to adapt to new processes and procedures * High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a live production environment, temporary job, or similar educational experience * Knowledge of server-based recording/playback and non-linear editing systems, such as Quantel * Understanding of arrangement changes, EVS, transcoding systems, and file formats **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour * Opportunity to work from home and enjoy a flexible schedule * Comprehensive training program to develop skills and knowledge in customer service and arenaflex products and services * Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a team of passionate professionals * Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company * Access to exclusive arenaflex benefits and perks **How to Apply** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a knack for making magic happen, we want to hear from you!
