Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations. Actively listen to customers, leveraging probing question skills to understand their needs and concerns. Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn. Utilize your sales skills to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth. Work collaboratively with your team to share knowledge, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve customer experiences. Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance and efficiency. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities. Proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies. Experience in customer service and sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools.
