Job Summary We're seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from your home while providing exceptional service to our valued customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the frontline ambassador for blithequark, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing the overall travel experience. Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Assisting customers with booking, rescheduling, and canceling flights, as well as providing information on flight status, travel policies, and other related inquiries. Resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all interactions are handled with empathy and understanding. Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records of customer transactions to ensure seamless communication and resolution. Collaborating with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service. Staying updated on company policies, promotions, and travel regulations to provide accurate information and ensure consistency in customer interactions. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate various digital platforms and software applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively. Proficiency in using computers and various software applications, including CRM systems and customer service platforms. Prior customer service experience is preferred, but not required – we provide extensive training to ensure all representatives are well-equipped to handle customer interactions effectively.
