Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be the voice of our brand, delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls in a dynamic, high-energy environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service through inbound calls, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. Leverage active listening and probing question skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products and services that meet customer needs. Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn. Collaborate with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment. Utilize leading technologies and systems to deliver high-quality service and stay updated on product knowledge and service offerings. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a drive to solve problems and meet goals. Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience in customer service and sales are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additionally, you must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work from home, excellent internet connectivity, and a smartphone capable of downloading our company app for communications. Technical Requirements for Remote Work A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work. Excellent Internet connectivity with speeds of at least 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download. An in-house network and a hard-wired Internet connection capable of supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates.
