Meet or exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and sales performance. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a call center or customer service environment. Proven track record of success in customer service, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn. Experience with sales and upselling techniques, with a focus on driving business growth. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
