As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls and chats, gathering customer information, and resolving customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process. **Responsibilities** * Handles a high volume of incoming calls/chats * Gathers customer information, assesses, and fulfills customer needs * Educates customers regarding tax preparation products and services * Utilizes and navigates multiple systems simultaneously * Resolves customer issues via one call resolution guidelines and/or escalated process * Meets or exceeds company and client performance metrics * Maintains a balance between company policy and client benefit in decision making * Evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers * Accepts and embraces changes within the current business environment * Is responsible for call disposition or compiling and documenting customer information as required **Our Culture and Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's encouraging, supportive, and rewarding.
