Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for helping individuals with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions regarding medication coverage, and providing solutions to improve their healthcare experience. You will accept inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and offer personalized support to our plan members. Through your skills and knowledge, you will play a critical role in enhancing the customer experience and driving business success. Key Responsibilities: Accept inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy benefit plans, medication coverage, and mail order solutions Provide personalized support and solutions to improve the healthcare experience of our plan members Utilize your knowledge and skills to offer heart-driven support and improve customer satisfaction Work collaboratively with the Client Care team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer service experiences Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and demonstrating a genuine concern for improving the customer experience.
