Your primary responsibilities will include: * Conducting inbound calls and responding to inquiries via email or other communication channels * Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom * Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the current needs of each client * Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products * Performing reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments * Addressing any questions or concerns potential customers may have * Providing attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support in response to members' needs * Collaborating closely with other team members to ensure a seamless sales experience for customers * Maintaining accurate records of all sales interactions in our CRM system **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and personal qualities.
