Job Overview In this role, you will be the face of blithequark, interacting directly with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring that our customers leave with a smile on their face. We offer a competitive salary range of $12.75 to $13.50, as well as incentive pay based on performance, to recognize and reward your hard work and dedication. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a positive and memorable experience Assist with cleaning, organizing, and moving merchandise to maintain a safe and efficient store environment Handle clerical duties, including managing customer files and contracts, to ensure seamless customer interactions Maintain a positive and upbeat sales floor environment, promoting a culture of excellent customer service and teamwork Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and drive business growth Essential Qualifications Solid communication skills, with the ability to effectively listen to and understand customer needs Desire to help customers and provide exceptional service, with a positive and empathetic attitude Able to perform a physical job, including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly, with training and tools provided to ensure safety Age: 18 or older High school diploma or equivalent preferred Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing circumstances Career Growth Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
