Experienced Customer Logistics Analyst – Strategic Supply Chain Optimization and Customer Service Enhancement for Walmart and Sam's Accounts at blithequark

We are seeking an experienced Customer Logistics Analyst to join our team, focusing on Walmart and Sam's accounts. This role is pivotal in supporting the development and execution of our customer logistics strategy, ensuring we meet target customer service levels, cost improvement, inventory, and cash collection targets. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing our route to market system to ensure optimal cost and service targets, conducting transactional level analysis to create actionable insights for order trends and improvements, and performing analysis across the order to cash value chain to determine impacts to cost, service, and waste. Other key responsibilities include: Managing GRS settings with a co-managed approach with the customer to ensure optimal orders and drive logistics efficiencies. Collaborating with Walmart and Sam's to successfully implement supply chain policies and initiatives, improve customer KPIs, and identify mutually beneficial wins. Creating and presenting relative period KPI metrics to senior management and sales to ensure organizational alignment. Analyzing, validating, manipulating, and interpreting complex data from cross-functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities. Leading cross-functional teams to improve OTIF and SQEP targets and reduce fines. Collaborating with the customer and MDM team to drive robust customer and product data governance and ensure data synchronization with the customer using industry standards. Analyzing internal and external data sets to understand customer demand cycles, order patterns, and other trends to improve service and cost to serve. Addressing all ad hoc customer-related issues and analysis requests as they arise. Developing strong relationships with sales to ensure all needs are met. Developing appropriate and clear metrics across all key performance indicators (KPIs) for the channel to ensure strong performance management. Becoming a Retail Link SME for the organization. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2-5 years of work experience, with strong business and broad supply chain acumen, including the end-to-end order management process. Experience managing and connecting large, complex data sets. Experience creating visual analytics, particularly with Microsoft Power BI. Advanced experience in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Graphs minimum required). Experience with ERP and TMS (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and e2open BluJay a plus). Order management, customer service, and/or customer fulfillment experience. Collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment experience is a plus. Advanced knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and operate cross-functionally. Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in analytical thinking and data-based decision-making. Outcome-focused and a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience working with Walmart and Sam's accounts. Knowledge of supply chain policies and initiatives. Experience with data governance and data synchronization. Familiarity with Retail Link and its applications.
