Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess: A Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing within a healthcare or health insurance environment. Basic computer skills, including navigation in Outlook, general computer proficiency, and toggling between applications. Experience with data entry and/or typing, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on customer service and support. Experience with Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Detail-oriented approach, with a strong focus on quality and accuracy in all aspects of work.
