As a Partner in this group, you will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and monitoring business opportunities for potential growth and investments. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving the company's global strategy and success across business divisions, including Entertainment, Sports, and Parks, Experiences, and Consumer Products. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research and analysis on potential business opportunities and portfolio investments, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions. Develop a range of presentation materials, including reports, dashboards, and pitch decks, to communicate complex ideas and findings to senior leadership and stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess industry research on technologies and markets with the potential to impact or disrupt the future of media and entertainment. Identify and track emerging trends and innovations that could influence the media and entertainment business globally, providing strategic recommendations for growth and investment. Brainstorm new business development opportunities for the organization, working closely with corporate and business unit teams to advance growth initiatives. Build and manage relationships with leading venture capital firms and entrepreneurs in the tech industry, staying abreast of market developments and identifying potential partnership opportunities. Support the development of business strategies for new corporate development ventures, working closely with senior leadership to drive growth and innovation. Required Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: Several years of work experience in preferred fields of finance, investment banking, consulting, or technology, with a strong understanding of the entertainment/media or web/digital technology business. Proven creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to complex challenges. Strong quantitative, analytical, and financial modeling skills, combined with a strategic mindset and an eye for business opportunities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. A self-starter mentality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Personal and professional integrity, with a proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion and tact.
