Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Identify and flag major pain points or areas for improvement to relevant departments, contributing to the development and enhancement of our products and services. Complete training and cross-training on other channels, as well as broader customer service training, to continuously improve your skills and knowledge. Provide technical support, resolve customer service inquiries, and offer real-time problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction. Be available to work on weekends if needed, ensuring that our customers receive support whenever they need it. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a genuine love for customers and their experience with our products.
