You will work closely with our business representatives, internal teams, and external partners to resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing concerns. Your exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and adaptability will enable you to navigate complex customer issues and provide solutions that exceed their expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Confer with business customers via phone and email to provide information about products and services, address concerns, and resolve issues. * Maintain accurate records of business interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken. * Process service requests through arenaflex channels to facilitate timely reconciliation and ensure correct authorization is received, recorded, and saved. * Conduct account analysis and reviews, and propose solutions to improve customer satisfaction and retention. * Follow up with businesses to document their experience with service and gather feedback for process improvements. * Collaborate with Cellular Sales B2B representatives to ensure optimal care and alignment with customer needs. * Utilize arenaflex's technology platforms, including Word, Excel, Salesforce, and spreadsheets, to manage customer interactions and data. * Maintain extensive and accurate typing skills to ensure efficient and effective communication. **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent experience required. * Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills. * Experience with face-to-face or telephone sales preferred. * Experience with customer service over the phone preferred. * Adaptability: ability to maintain effectiveness in reaching set goals by adapting to changed circumstances, tasks, responsibilities, and people. * Attention to detail: responsibility for a thorough and detailed method of working. * Customer Focus: knowledge of internal and external customer business needs and acting accordingly, anticipating customer needs, and giving high priority to customer satisfaction and customer service. * Organizational Awareness: having and using knowledge of systems, situations, procedures, and culture inside the organization to identify potential problems and opportunities. * Planning and Organizing: setting priorities and defining actions, time, and resources needed to achieve predefined goals. * Written Communication: expressing ideas and opinions clearly in properly structured, well-organized, and grammatically correct reports or documents. **Preferred Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field. * Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the wireless industry. * Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM platforms. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. **What We Offer** * Competitive base pay of $18/hour. * Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance. * 401(k) matching program. * Health and Wellness Program. * Discount on arenaflex services. * Employee Assistance Program. * Onsite gym and walking trail. * Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. **Schedule and Employment Type** This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs.
