Key Responsibilities As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language (Spanish or English) Helping customers resolve basic technical issues and answering routine questions about products or services Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to ensure accurate and efficient customer support Offering additional products and/or services to meet customer needs and drive business growth Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Open availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends A high school diploma or GED, with a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving skills A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from home, with reliable internet and phone connectivity Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs and business requirements Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively Knowledge of customer service software and technology, with experience using databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Certifications or training in customer service, sales, or a related field, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to investing in our teams and providing opportunities for career growth and development.
