With over 550 employees, 30 OEM partners, and 4,000 dealer partners, we're a dynamic and growing organization that's shaping the future of Powersports. **The Role** As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be part of our Roadrunner's Servicing Center in Irving, Texas. You'll be responsible for handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, processing phone payments, conducting outbound customer interview calls, and communicating with customers via online chat channels.
