As an Airline Technical Representative, you will be working closely with our clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of aviation capital projects. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and implement solutions to operational impacts, coordinating resolution with clients, tenants, designers, and construction teams. Conduct design reviews of conceptual and detailed designs for airport terminal and airfield improvements, including terminals, concourses, apron areas, and specialty systems. Represent clients in progress meetings, coordinating design, addressing operational issues, and developing solutions. Maintain effective communication with peers, supervisors, and clients as necessary. Develop project phasing to address operational issues and review and develop program schedules. Prepare status reports, presentations, and materials explaining operational impacts or general project information to clients and others. Monitor construction status and coordinate with representatives of the construction team on project status and construction issues. Perform specialized tasks as required, with minimal supervision and within acceptable time frames. Maintain accurate records, files, and documents, and prepare graphics as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or Program in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Engineering or Management, Aviation Management, or a related field. 5-10 years of experience in terminal design and construction, airline operations, airport design, planning, and operations. Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access. CAD and graphics software experience is preferred. Ability to obtain airport security clearance, which requires a 10-year criminal background check. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: Experience in aviation capital project development and implementation. Knowledge of airline operations and terminal design. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need: Ability to understand construction needs and airline operations to evaluate potential operational impacts. Ability to identify potential cost and saving opportunities. Ability to read plans and design drawings. Ability to evaluate consistency with program scope. Ability to make alternative design recommendations. Above-average communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to prepare detailed written comments. Ability to self-motivate and work within a structured environment. Excellent computer skills, with a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
