Our team is comprised of talented and motivated individuals who share a common goal: to help businesses succeed and thrive in an ever-changing world. **The Role** As an Account Strategist on our Mid-Market Sales team, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with key clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges and marketing goals, and presenting innovative solutions that drive growth and success. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless workflows and project delivery, and will be expected to achieve growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products and solutions. **Responsibilities** * Build and manage relationships with clients, developing a deep understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics. * Work proactively and cooperatively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure workflows and projects are completed on time to a high standard. * Plan for, and achieve, growth goals through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals. * Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers. * Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 2 years of experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media. * Ability to travel 20% of the time. * Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling, and competitive selling. * Experience working with channel sales, advertisers, agencies, and/or clients. * Expertise in launching and managing paid digital advertising campaigns, particularly in Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Ability to manage and prioritize a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context, and ability to achieve goals to drive growth. * Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and understanding their unique challenges and opportunities. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. * Experience with Google advertising products and solutions, including Google Ads and other digital marketing platforms. * Familiarity with industry trends and best practices, with the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and advancements. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range of $81,000-$119,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits opportunities. * Opportunity to work with a leading provider of innovative solutions and services, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for customer satisfaction. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment, with a team of talented and motivated individuals who share a common goal: to help businesses succeed and thrive. * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options and a healthy work-life balance. **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven sales professional with a passion for helping businesses grow and thrive, we want to hear from you!
