Key Responsibilities: Produce high-quality 2D animations for game objects, characters, environments, and VFX, adhering to traditional animation principles. Collaborate with the animation team to develop optimistic animations that meet project requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for 2D animations in mobile games. Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and professionalism in all business-related interactions. Work independently and as part of a team , handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Animation, Fine Arts, or Computer Graphics). 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your animation skills. Proficiency in Photoshop, Spine, and After Effects , with experience working with rendering houses. Knowledge of Unity, C#, and Maya scripting , including Mel scripts, Python, PyMel, or the Maya API. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with 2D animation software , such as Toon Boom Harmony or OpenToonz. Familiarity with game development pipelines and workflows. Strong understanding of animation principles , including timing, spacing, and motion. Skills and Competencies: Self-motivated and disciplined , with excellent time management and organizational skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and ability to receive and provide constructive feedback. Balanced visual aesthetic and technical skills , with proficiency in both artistic and technical aspects of animation.
