We’re seeking an experienced S&P Specialist who is passionate about building and upholding thoughtful guidelines, standards, and best practices. In this role, you’ll collaborate with an exceptional cross-functional team to bring this vision to life every day—impacting millions of dreamers on one of the world’s largest user-generated content platforms. What you’ll do: • Draft, align, and implement Editorial Standards & Practices guidelines and taxonomies—in collaboration with stakeholders including Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering—to ensure we balance user and business needs within an evolving regulatory and competitive environment. • Work closely with product and engineering partners to implement Editorial Standards & Practices in our backend recommendation systems, in particular with Machine Learning teams for Content safety. • Create, measure, and communicate our progress against Editorial Standards & Practices, confidently translating strategy and insights for executive audiences and company-wide forums. What we’re looking for: • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Public Policy, Marketing or equivalent experience. • Content Policy, Guidelines and Standards domain expertise: A key member in the execution of content policy, guidelines, and standards for a leading global platform, leveraging deep domain expertise to ensure best-in-class approaches. • Trusted collaborator: In this role, you’ll partner closely with technical teams, Policy, Legal, and more. You’ll need to build deep and trusted relationships with these teams and work together in service of key shared strategic priorities. • Skilled communicator: Communicate strategies and plans clearly and persuasively to executive audiences and the broader company, tailoring messaging for diverse stakeholders. In-Office Requirement Statement: • We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
