Digital Content Specialist

Acosta Group is a collective uniting trusted retail, marketing, and foodservice agencies, and they are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to help top consumer brands shine on the digital shelf. The role involves managing product content for major retailers and ensuring its accuracy across platforms while providing opportunities for career growth in various digital commerce domains. Responsibilities Support Content Syndication: Organize and upload product content (images, descriptions, specs) to syndication platforms for major retailers Ensure Content Accuracy: Monitor and verify that all updates are live and accurate across retailer websites Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve content publication errors between syndication platforms and retailers Become a Platform Pro: Get certified in key content management and syndication tools and become a subject matter expert (SME) Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Digital Content Analysts and Managers to deliver high-quality service to clients Grow Your Skills: Participate in ongoing training and development, including Acosta's required learning programs Skills Proficiency in Excel and web-based tools Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and terminology Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset Bachelor's degree preferred (but not required) Experience with Asana or similar project management tools is a plus Bonus: Experience in the CPG industry is a plus, but not required Benefits Real Experience : Hands-on work with top content syndication platforms and major CPG brands across omnichannel retailers.
