Data Visualization EngineerWhat you can expectWe are looking for a Data Visualization Engineer with analytical skills and hands-on experience building data models, dashboards, and insights for B2C products. The ideal candidate understands core subscription and user engagement metrics. Including MRR, churn, retention cohorts, LTV, CAC, funnel analysis, and can translate business problems into scalable data solutions.About the TeamZoom's Information Technology team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. Our impact is evident in seamless user experiences, streamlining processes, and supporting Zoom's growth in communication and collaboration.What we're looking forHave a Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.Have 3-5 years of experience in data analytics or BI engineering roles.Have expertise in SQL with experience working on large datasets.Have proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).Have hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks.Have experience with at least one programming language (Python or R).Have understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, web tracking (GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics), and campaign performance metrics.Have a solid understanding of B2C SaaS or consumer product metrics: MRR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC, funnel metrics.Have familiarity with modern data stack tools. Including Snowflake (data warehousing), DBT (data transformation and modeling), and Tableau (data visualization and reporting) is highly advantageous.
