Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting directly with patients to provide education, answer questions, and solve problems. Your primary focus will be on communicating the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, driving overall savings and improving health outcomes. You'll work closely with our Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications, ensuring our patients receive the best possible care. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls to patients, clients, and other customers, proactively gaining patient and order information. Communicate the benefits of generics or other appropriate therapies to patients, driving overall savings and improving health outcomes. Work closely with the Specialty Projects Team to conduct generic conversions or therapy changes on targeted medications. Conduct adherence outreach efforts to ensure patients stay on their medications and remain adherent and compliant to their therapies. Provide customer education and routine assessment, identifying problems and escalating to pharmacists as needed. Maintain a working knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements for dispensing and processing new referrals. Work independently and self-directedly, collaborating with the greater team to achieve shared goals. Qualifications and Requirements Essential Qualifications 1+ year of customer service experience handling and resolving customer needs over the phone. 6+ months of high-volume customer service experience working in Windows, Microsoft, or another similar application. Reside in the state of Nevada. Verifiable High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a healthcare or pharmacy setting. Knowledge of insurance, healthcare, and reimbursement-related requirements. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and self-directedly. Compensation and Benefits The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $28.45 per hour. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a blithequark bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
