Key Responsibilities Build Strong Customer Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, personalizing your communication to deliver tailored support. Technical Support and Critical Thinking: Anticipate and address customer concerns with technical expertise and fast-paced critical thinking, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing escalation. Adaptability and Self-Motivation: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-motivation, thriving in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and a commitment to succeed both individually and as a team. Technical Skills: Quickly learn and navigate new software, comfortably using multiple computer screens and internet tabs simultaneously to efficiently manage customer interactions. Schedule Flexibility: Work a set schedule during our operating hours, which include 9a-5:30p/9a-6p EST or 11a-8p EST/11:30a-8p EST. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent: A foundational education that demonstrates your ability to learn and grow. Microsoft Office Proficiency: A strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. 2 Years of Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: 1 Year of Call Center Support Experience: Experience working in a call center environment, handling a high volume of customer interactions. 1 Year of Technical Support Experience: Technical expertise and experience providing support to customers, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complex problems.
