No resume is required—meeting the minimum age requirement is the only criterion. $19 - $38 / HOUR Flexible hours available Responsibilities: Receive, sort, and process incoming packages promptly Load and unload packages onto delivery vehicles safely and efficiently Track and monitor package deliveries to ensure timely and accurate completion Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns Assist customers with package tracking, delivery updates, and issue resolution Maintain precise records of package deliveries and customer interactions Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet delivery deadlines Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and documentation Physical ability to lift and move packages up to 50 pounds Previous experience in customer service and package handling is preferred Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
