You'll be an advocate for the customer, sharing feedback with our product and engineering teams to inform our product roadmap. We're a small team, and we move fast – you'll work directly with all members of the company to drive results and make a meaningful impact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Guide customers through the blithequark rollover experience and answer their questions through chat, emails, and phone calls * Become an expert on 401(k)s, rollovers, and IRAs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices * Communicate with financial institutions and employers on behalf of customers to help with their transactions, where necessary * Contribute to our internal knowledge-base and external FAQs based on customer questions and comments * Synthesize customer feedback and share it with other team members to inform product development and improvement **What You'll Bring:** * 4+ years of relevant experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably in the financial industry * Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong interest in helping people achieve their financial goals * Familiarity with customer service best practices and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies * Ability to work flexible hours if necessary to solve customers' problems, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * Experience at a startup or similar fast-paced organization, a plus **Benefits We Offer:** * Remote-friendly work environment, with an office space in New York City for those who prefer to work in-person * Competitive compensation package (annual salary of $45,000-$52,000) and equity in the company * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, with 100% premium coverage for staff and 50% for dependents * 401(k) plan access, with a company match * 12 weeks of fully-paid parental leave, because we believe in supporting our team members' personal and professional growth **Our Culture:** At blithequark, we're committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
