Job Summary of Customer Service Agent: To maintain the high standard of guest service and financial success we've established, we are currently seeking applicants for Customer Service Agent positions. In this role, employees will welcome and register guests, as well as manage their check-out process. We offer full-time and part-time positions with flexible scheduling options, and employees enjoy great benefits and the potential for promotion within the company, even with no prior experience. Responsibilities of Customer Service Agent: • Checks guests out of the hotel • Resolves guest challenges throughout their stay in the hotel • Upgrades guests, and promotes hotel services and amenities Completes the registration process, codes electronic keys, and makes appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs • Promotes and administers Marketing Programs for arriving guests Ensures guest knows location of room, and arranges for team member to accompany guest to room • Provides welcome packet containing room keys, tokens of our appreciation, gifts, etc Qualification of Customer Service Agent: • Gaining recognition for the accomplishment of finishing high school or a similar educational attainment • Maintaining an upbeat mindset and having superior communication proficiencies work hand-in-hand to achieve success • Our company culture is centered around delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction • Excellent grooming standards • Individuals who can balance working independently with teamwork are highly sought after in today's workforce • At the core of our hospitality philosophy is a belief in the power of human connection, and we strive to build meaningful relationships with each and every one of our guests • We have a deep sense of responsibility to our guests, and we continuously strive to establish an environment of honesty and trust • Productivity • Dependability Apply tot his job
