Customer Care Representative – Wearables, Cardiology Device Healthcare

Job Description: • Use expertise in technology to improve care and diagnose patients requiring cardiac monitoring. • Monitor patients’ devices and proactively communicate with patients to troubleshoot offline monitors. • Assist the patient in applying the monitor or reapplying monitor after charging. • Communicate with clinics concerning patient needs or concerns. • Process device returns for broken or lost devices. • Sort and File all papers received electronically. • Reassign inventory for clinics. • Prepare daily emails for clinics regarding offline patients. • Contribute to a high-quality service both to physicians and patients.
