We’ve got an insatiable appetite for making a difference. La Colombe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Business Manager to join our Kroger team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in beverage sales, particularly within the grocery channel, and a passion for building positive relationships while driving profitable growth. As a Customer Business Manager, you will deliver all sales objectives for the La Colombe brand by developing strong customer relationships, implementing effective marketing and promotional programs, analyzing customer sales, and executing our go-to market framework. The CBM will report to the Director of Brand Sales, Kroger & Amazon and will be a key member of the LC Brand Sales team. Expected to be in the market / visiting key divisions 2-3 weeks out of the month. We are hiring 4 Customer Business Managers, one per the following locations: Dallas, Cincinnati, California, and Denver. Responsibilities • Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, new items and spend objectives. • Identify and define strategic business objectives to improve sales and share growth of our La Colombe Draft Latte portfolio. • Lead the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives. • Deliver profitable territory sales growth and monitor customer performance to develop action plans that address challenges and improve opportunities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives and outstanding customer satisfaction. • Supervise market trends, driven activity, and customer feedback to find opportunities for creative go-to-market strategy, and experience improvement. • Collaborate with KDP counterparts on strategies & growth objectives for key distribution partners • Consistently meets or exceeds segment sales & revenue forecasted goals • Submit weekly trackers and recaps with objectives, results, barriers, and opportunities • Apply strong written and verbal communication with all stakeholders regarding customer, channel, industry insights and competitive trends Requirements • Bachelor's degree required • 3-5 years’ beverage experience including a focus on foodservice accounts and distribution • DSD sales & marketing experience preferred • Experience with Kroger divisions • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively • Ownership Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding targets and driving business • Enjoys working in a very fast paced and evolving hyper-growth environment • Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers and colleagues. • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple projects against deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and specifically Microsoft PowerPoint. • Willingness to travel 50-70% About Us Chobani is a food maker with a mission of making high-quality and nutritious food accessible to more people, while elevating our communities and making the world a healthier place.
