What you'll do: We are looking for a Content Marketing Intern who will support our marketing team to promote our digital banking products and services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand management, content creation, and analytics within the fast-growing fintech industry. As a Content Marketing Intern at a digital full service bank, you will contribute to the execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, social media management, and help track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts to support business goals. • Create and edit engaging, SEO-friendly copy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and support content and campaign strategies. • Assist with digital marketing analysis using tools like Google Analytics and SEM platforms to evaluate campaign results and provide insights. • Help manage social media content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking. • Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to ensure alignment across marketing strategies. • Assist as needed with day-to-day marketing initiatives, including brand management, website optimization, communications, and event planning. What you need: • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, online consumer behavior, and fintech industry trends. • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Semrush, Ahrefs, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress, etc.). • Enthusiasm for copywriting, content creation, digital marketing, and the fintech space with an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry. • Ability to think creatively and develop engaging marketing content. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while contributing independently. • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take on new challenges.
