As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the sales team. Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities through both inbound qualification and outbound outreach Qualify leads using a consultative approach to uncover pain points and match them with Baselayer’s solutions Expand the sales pipeline by executing both warm and cold outbound campaigns Conduct research to identify potential clients and add them to the outreach list Work directly with CEO and co-founders to scale the business Skills 1+ years of experience in finance, fintech, consulting or venture capital Problem-solver who navigates the unknown confidently Bachelor's degree from a four-year university Proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings Relentless about continuous career growth Incredibly intelligent and clever Highly feedback-oriented.
