In this role, you will join the best and brightest in the industry to skillfully push the boundaries of what’s possible by uncovering predictive insights. You will work with customers to make smarter decisions through innovative problem-solving using AI, Analytics, and systems of intelligence. You will partner to advise, implement, and optimize solutions through industry expertise, leading cloud platforms, and data science. The Business Architect plays a key role in working with customers to align strategic goals and objectives with key decisions regarding Machine Learning, Analytics, and Salesforce.com-related solutions, primarily Life Science Cloud. Must be able to manage and deliver components of customer engagements that include analysis of current state data management capabilities and technology, future state visioning, solution design, and architecture. The Business Architect has experience designing creative solutions that help clients maximize the power of their data to uncover new insights and reach new levels of automation. In this role, you will: • Lead strategic visioning and workshops, including vision mapping, customer journeys, and strategic roadmaps • Translate business requirements, align stakeholders, and work with team members to develop system features • Conduct in-depth analysis of a company’s current processes, system, data and operations for areas of improvement by working with business leaders and subject matter experts • Create documentation out of strategic sessions that will guide the future vision per the business value drivers • Understand the Salesforce.com platform and its dependencies at a deep level, as demonstrated through both experience and certifications • Manage stakeholder expectations while understanding dependencies across departments • Ability to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations with data and automation • Guide and mentor more junior members of the B.A. team In this role, you will have: • Bachelor's Degree in a related business or technology field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, and MIS) or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education • 8+ years of experience delivering consulting services to medium and large enterprises. Implementations must have included a combination of the following experience: • Strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs while translating those into technology and operational requirements • Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional workshops of 10 - 50 people (including executive-level teams) for process analysis and architecture requirements gathering • Experience architecting multi-cloud and multi-system solutions, and the ability to create landscape diagrams and use cases • Expertise in the majority of the following areas is required: • Salesforce.com solutions (including certifications). At a minimum, a demonstrated expertise of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is required • Knowledge of Tableau or CRM Analytics and how they work with Salesforce to surface insights • Experience working with Lucid Chart and Lucid Spark • Enthusiastic, professional, and confident team player with a strong focus on customer success who can present effectively even under adverse conditions • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment • Located and able to work in the U.S. from a home office, travel up to 25% Next Steps Recruiting at Atrium is highly personalized.
