The Business Analyst or Consultant in Operations Excellence will work closely with clients to deliver impactful solutions, optimize processes, and lead transformation initiatives across various industries. Responsibilities You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions across all industries This includes eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements; translating business needs into technology solutions; leading transformation and change initiatives; orchestrating program delivery and governance; and redesigning core processes for optimization Exposure to a variety of industries—including financial services, consumer/retail, government and public services, and more—will provide opportunities to deepen your consulting, and leadership skills A strong focus on client service is essential: you will be expected to build relationships, understand client needs, and deliver high-quality outcomes that create value for our clients Skills Experienced in business analysis, requirements gathering, status reporting, process mapping, and/or solution design Skilled in supporting transformation initiatives, change management, and program or project delivery Comfortable with agile delivery and tools like JIRA/Confluence, and familiar with process optimization and automation A critical thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills Experienced in client service and able to build relationships with stakeholders, collaborate across business and technology teams, and work effectively in cross-functional environments Benefits $4,000 per year for mental health support benefits $1,300 flexible benefit spending account Firm-wide closures known as 'Deloitte Days' Dedicated days of for learning (known as Development and Innovation Days) Flexible work arrangements Hybrid work structure Company Overview Deloitte is a business consulting company that offers audit, consulting, financial advisory, and tax services.
