Branch Support Analyst- Licensing and Controls (Strong Entry-Level Role) (HYBRID)

The Branch Support Analyst will provide customer service support for branches, manage licensing and registration records, and assist with new hire processing. Responsibilities Provide high level customer service support for the assigned Branches and maintain field force Contract, Licensing and Registration records Function as an information resource and quality control Under general supervision, enter, update and maintain all records regarding new hire processing, individual licensing and registration needs Review and process the initial FINRA form U4s, Departments of Insurance License/Appointment applications, Appointment renewals and Contracting updates for candidates Update and maintain candidate records using external and internal systems and applications Skills Excellent communication skills and providing feedback Strong work ethics, reliable and innovative Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting strict deadlines and able to prioritize in a fast paced, high-pressure environment Great organizational skills Good team player and willing to learn additional support functions, as needed Proficient knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications Knowledge of SEC, FINRA and State Bachelor's degree preferred 1+ years experience in Finance or Insurance industry preferred Benefits Medical Dental Vision A 401(k) plan Paid time off Company Overview Equitable provides consulting services to secure the financial well-being and retirement strategies for individuals and families.
