Bilingual Account Development Associate (English/French)

They are seeking a Bilingual Account Development Associate to cultivate relationships with customers, support Account Managers, and contribute to revenue growth through targeted outreach and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Conduct targeted outreach to high-potential customers — enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Account Managers Discovery new contacts within our customer base and cultivate new relationships — driving refreshed communication and strengthening relationships Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for customer meeting management — contributing to predictable pipeline growth and revenue acceleration Identify changes to key contacts within existing accounts — ensuring accurate data and improved account coverage Partner with Account Managers and Marketing on outreach initiatives — fostering alignment and enhancing campaign effectiveness Assist with migration of existing customers to a new payment partner — ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction Document all activities in Salesforce — enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency Provide feedback on messaging and competitive insights — contributing to continuous improvement and market responsiveness Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 1–2 years of work experience, ideally with exposure to K–12 education Bilingual (English / French) - fluent in both verbal and written forms Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously Excellent time-management skills Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools Collaborative and adaptable — enabling cross-functional success Detail-oriented and proactive — contributing to customer engagement and growth Benefits Meaningful benefits– Because your well-being matters; both at work and at home.
