Have 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment Thrive on full-cycle sales, from pipeline creation to closing Embrace coaching, seek feedback , and invest in ongoing professional growth Are intellectually curious about HR’s impact on business outcomes Key Responsibilities Prospect Diligently : Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls/emails daily within strategic cadences. Prepare Thoroughly : Dedicate an hour of research before each meeting, tailoring discussions to the client’s specific challenges. Execute with Value : Leverage our “Value Selling” framework to uncover root business needs and showcase how our Membership Platform delivers measurable results.
