Responsibilities • Advising digital health disruptors and next -gen telehealth companies • Navigating regulatory mazes like HIPAA, Anti -Kickback, Stark, and licensing • Getting hands -on with deal structuring, private equity transactions, and compliance builds • Zooming out to shape strategy with clients, not just push paper Requirements • 3–5 years of real -deal healthcare regulatory experience • JD in hand + bar admission in DC, IL, or NY • Clear thinker. • Strong writer. • Deeply organized. • Inherently collaborative.
