• *Job Summary:** The Assistant Consultant will support the revision and enhancement of policies, procedures, and forms to promote efficiency and compliance within the organization. This role involves conducting audits, gathering and analyzing data, and collaborating with various contractors to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory standards. • *Key Responsibilities:** - **Policy and Procedure Revision:** - Assist in reviewing and updating existing policies and procedures to reflect current regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and ensure clarity and effectiveness in documentation. - **Forms Management:** - Help create, revise, and standardize forms used across the organization to streamline processes and enhance user experience. - Ensure all forms comply with internal policies and external regulations. - **Audit Support:** - Participate in internal audits utilizing relevant documentation and evidence. - Assist in the evaluation of audit findings and contribute to the development of action plans for addressing identified issues. - **Data Analysis:** - Collect and analyze data related to policy compliance and procedural efficiency. - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management. - **Research and Development:** - Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to ensure the organization's policies remain relevant and effective. - Support the implementation of new initiatives aimed at improving organizational compliance and operational efficiency. • *Qualifications:** - High School Diploma - Previous experience in policy development, auditing, or consulting is preferred. - Experience working in the developmental disabilities field preferred - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
