In this role, you’ll be the voice of American Express, delivering world-class customer care to our cardmembers and providing innovative solutions to enhance their experiences. Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. • Resolve customer issues, including billing inquiries, account updates, and service requests. • Offer tailored solutions and recommendations to meet customer needs. • Educate customers on American Express products, services, and benefits. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication. Qualifications • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar role preferred. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus. • Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication. • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems. • Additional Requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
